Our biggest mobile home is the Family XL. This mobile home is approx. 43 m² and has 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 sleeping places. Ideal for big (combined) families or if you want to bring granddad and grandma. The Family XL has a heating system, causing that it is also comfortable to have a holiday in pre and late season. Max 4 adults and 4 children. Living room with dining area, completely furnished kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and coffee machine. 2 master bedrooms with double bed (140x195) and 1 children’s bedroom with 2 single beds (70x195) and 1 children’s bedroom with bunk bed. Bathroom with bathroom furniture, sink and shower. Separate toilet and sink. Spacious wooden terrace with awning, sunshade and garden equipment.

Particularities

• Barbecue aloud (not on terrace)
• You can either bring your own barbecue of buy one in the centre of Borken.
• Extra 2-persons tent aloud on request. The maximum number of people for the accommodation may not be exceeded. Surcharge from € 10,- p.n.
• Pets not allowed, only in Mobile home Basic 
• Shared parking space for 1 car per accommodation. 2nd Car costs € 2,50 per night.
• Check-in time 15.00 – 19.00 uur
• Check out time 08.00 – 10.00 uur
• The campsite is car-free, so your children can play safely. You can park your car in the central parking lot (not next to the accommodation). Off course we will be happy to bring your luggage to your accommodation.
• Due to the privacy and tranquility of our guests as well as the total number of guests allowed, it is not possible to receive visitors.
