The terrace is (semi) covered, which offers the possibility to sit outside when the weather is cloudy or to have some shadow. The large window in the living room provides enough and optimal light. The accommodations have enough space in between to enjoy the peace during your holiday. The mobile home offers place for 4 persons. Modern furnished living room with comfortable sofa and dining area. There is a lot of light due to the big window. The open and completely furnished kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, stove, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Master bedroom with double bed (140x190) and much storage space. It is possible to add a baby bed in this room. Children’s bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190). Bathroom with bathroom furniture, sink and shower, toilet is separate. Nice wooden terrace with sunshade and garden equipment. The terrace is built-in and semi or completely covered, situated on the corner or on the head side.

Particularities

• Barbecue allowed (not on terrace). You can either bring your own barbecue of buy one in the centre of Borken.
• Extra 2-persons tent allowed on request. The maximum number of people for the accommodation may not be exceeded. Surcharge from € 10,- p.n.
• Pets not allowed.
• Check-in time 15.00 – 19.00 uur
• Check out time 08.00 – 10.00 uur
• The campsite is car-free, so your children can play safely. You can park your car in the central parking lot (not next to the accommodation). Off course we will be happy to bring your luggage and groceries to your accommodation.
• Due to the privacy and tranquility of our guests as well as the total number of guests allowed, it is not possible to receive visitors.
