Our Mobile home Excellent (max.5 persons) is approx. 29 m² and is popular by families with 2 or 3 children. The accommodations have enough space in between to enjoy the peace during your holiday. The mobile home offers place for 4 persons. A 5th person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. These mobiles have a heating system. Max 2 adults and 2 children. Modern furnished living room with comfortable sofa ( which can be folded out to a sofa bed) and dining area. There is a lot of light due to the big window. The open and completely furnished kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment , stove, coffee machine and kettle. Master bedroom with double bed (140x195) and children’s bedroom with 2 single beds (70x195). Bathroom with bathroom furniture, sink and shower, toilet is separate. Extra-large wooden terrace with awning, sunshade and garden equipment.

Particularities

• Barbecue aloud (not on terrace)
• You can either bring your own barbecue of buy one in the centre of Borken.
• Extra 2-persons tent aloud on request. The maximum number of people for the accommodation may not be exceeded. Surcharge from € 10,- p.n.
• Pets not allowed, only in Mobile home Basic 
• Payment by debit card possible
• Check-in time 15.00 – 19.00 uur
• Check out time 08.00 – 10.00 uur
• The campsite is car-free, so your children can play safely. You can park your car in the central parking lot (not next to the accommodation). Off course we will be happy to bring your luggage to your accommodation.
• Due to the privacy and tranquility of our guests as well as the total number of guests allowed, it is not possible to receive visitors.
